BARRIERFOC ECOPLUS
BARRIERFOC ECOPLUS is one of the best performing gypsum based fire resistant mortars. Improved thermal and mechanical properties allow better fire performance with lower weight and cost.
BARRIERFOC ECOPLUS is used for passive fire protection of structural steel (EN 13381-4), reinforced concrete (EN 13381-3), concrete/steel composites (EN 13381-5) and compartment walls (EN 1364).
As its formulation includes recycled materials it excels in sustainability and circularity for the green building needs and is certified C2C Silver. Moreover it is LEED, BREEAM and WELL approved.
BARRIERFOC ECOPLUS is applied wet with a mixer and compressor type mortar spraying machine, to protect structural elements of buildings in case of fire, in order to maintain stability and the loadbearing capacity of these elements until the fire is extinguished and/or the building is evacuated.
